Barely legal sun-kissed boobies

...are nice, yes?  You should google them right now.  While you're doing that, have a listen: in celebration of the beginning of the HAWT season, here is an e.p. of songs from my kitchen to yours.

Rats in Times Square

| Comments (1) | digg
How fitting, the surname "Ratte"; he scurries like one through the streets of New York, sniffing out a bite to eat here and avoiding danger there. With quickness and with grace he glides through the crowds. My short legs are no match for his long strides, adapted perfectly for a city filled with steps, stairs and crosswalks. I'm consistantly a half-step and full-breath behind.

"Pizza?" he says looking back and me, and I nod. Soon we've cut our way through a group of tourists and slid into a hole in the wall pizza joint. The New York-style pizza is good, but the ice water is delicious.

Before my feet can stop throbbing, we're off again. The rat knows a shortcut -- this is his city now -- and soon we find ourselves standing in the middle of Times Square. As I look up at the lights, I know he can see the naitivity on my face.

"We should take a picture," he says, and we do.

vote for Ruin Gebirk

Ruin gebirk
hey there, my ever conspiratorial, never conceptional side-kick Ruin Gebirk has entered a strange but minimal, not so aggressive but rather progressive techno track in a more or less hiphop focused contest. it features vocals by tom waits and a sound shemata derived from a steam engine train (sort of).
it can be listened here Tom Waits Train Ride (techno)
you are kindly asked to vote for this effort. to proove that you are really a unique human being capable of entering this voting procedure as an individual you need only a valid email adress. should Ruin win the 1000 $ (which is rather unlikely, considered the fact that it is a rather blatant contribution to a pop-music contest) you all will be invited to a night of heavy drinking (leave your email below this post) taking place in Berlin sheduled for sometime in December.
with hope for your highly appreciated support, i remain,
elliot

DSE asks and ye shall obey

I have determined that the following three items are worthy of your attention this weekend.

SOURCE Barcelona

SOURCE Barcelona is next Monday and Tuesday (9/21-9/22) at the Museu Nacional D’art de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. Topics range from security of next-generation telco services to secure kernel development for Windows, with a hearty helping of everything in between.

This conference is not to be missed. I can already anticipate the cries of "but I'm nowhere near Spain!" Your geographic location is of no concern to DSE.

Come for SOURCE, stay for La Mercè. You could use a little more culture in your life, after all.

MUDGE FOR CYBERCZAR

You may or may not be aware (though you certainly should be) that Melissa Hathaway, the Obama administration's "cyber czar" resigned last month. As such, there is a petition to have the cDc's very own Mudge appointed in her place.

Sign the petition! NOW!! Don't you want a cyberczar who not only knows what's what about security but also knows how to shred? (Skip to the end...)

Today, the cDc is releasing NSFer Punkle Jones's hot-hot-hot single "Fried Chikken!"

That's right, it's not one, but two finger-lickin' good versions of the most excellent tune you'll hear all month. As Punkle says, "Hey guys, I made dinner!" Indeed!
Here are the lyrics in all of their splendor:

Girl don't go
Now I'm all alone
Nobody with me
Nobody gets me
Head back home
Down on the farm
Momma's there a-waitin'
Gonna be some masticatin'

Down home'n Mommy
What you cookin' for me
Some greasy fried chicken
F-f-f-fried chicken

Momma caught me cryin'
Told her I was lyin'
About my situation
For public masturbation
Sheriff comin' over
Wanna talk it over
But he won't ever get me
I'll take some chicken with me

Stream it here:

And then download it:
Crank it up. WAY UP.

Download, distribute, listen, repeat.

There you have it, my children. These are the items to which you will attend in the coming days. Fret not, for I shall be with you as always, for I am DemonSeed Elite, and you are not. Amen!
